Old school Bodybuilding

Today we are going to talk about an old school bodybuilding routine still found to be quite useful today.

Morning: Eat 8 egg whites with chicken 2lbs.Milkshake with banana.
Head off to gym. Workout 1.5 hours.

Evening: Turkey meat 5 lbs with tuna 1lbs.

Hit the gym again.
Eat 4lbs chicken with bread and eggs.
Not to forget , drink 15 glasses of water.
