Build muscle and loose fat- For the advanced

Bodybuilding is the art of perfecting ones physique through constant muscle breakdown and training. Some look at bodybuilders and say"wow" only if I could look like that. So it is not something you can achieve in a day. Bodybuilding requires heart and passion and also sacrifice. Without this you will never reach your final goal. This post is for those who are in advanced level of bodybuilding and are in the stage of acquiring their final physique. But if you are interested in learning more you can read on.

 There are a couple of things we need to keep in mind for us to look in the best muscular shape possible.
1. Hydration:drink at least 15 glasses of water with glucose to supply all the liquid to your muscle fibres.
2. Protien: Hardgainers must take at least 400 grams of protien for optimum muscle growth.
3. Cardio: You need your cardio to pump blood all around your body.
I would suggest you to take nitro tech because it really helps to develop muscle fibres.
