INCREASED INTENSITY= MAXIMUM RESULTS

Today we
are going to talk about increasing intensity and the impact it has in increasing muscle growth. Intensity is the force that we have to apply in order to get the workout done. If the weight is more there will be more intensity and if it is not heavy it will be less intense. The more you stress the more you gain. But there is a physical limit to intensity because if you try to lift a truck you are not going to build any muscle. The point is that you should try to stress the muscle as much as possible without tearing your muscle. The point where you feel you can do no more sets, you have reached maximum intensity for that workout and you are done for that day. *As a bonus tip drink water during intervals of your workout to keep the muscles active, keep well. -Mark :)
